- In a mixer add
- 3 tomatoes roughly chopped
- Ginger
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 handfull of soaked cashews
- Few chillies
- 1 tea spoon kashmiri chilli powder

- Heat the pan.
- 1 table spoon of butter
- 1 tee spoon turmeric
- 1 tee spoon kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 paneer diced
Paneer butter masala
- Heat the pan.
- 1 table spoon of butter
- 1 table spoon of oil
- 2 red onions chopped
- Add puree
- 1 tea spoons of turmeric powder
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- 1 tea spoon of garam masala
- kasuri methi leaves
- Finish with fresh cream (malai)
- 1 table spoon of butter
- 1 handfull of fresh corriander
