Syrup

• 1 cup of water
• 1 cup of sugar
• juice from 1/2 lemon

Assembly

• sheet of phyllo dough
• melted clarified butter
• repeat 20 times
• pistachios roasted, finely grounded
• repeat the first two steps 10 times
• another layer of pistachios
• repeat the first two steps 10 times
• put in oven on 200°C
• once brown pour with the syrup
