Syrup
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of sugar
- juice from 1/2 lemon
Assembly
- sheet of phyllo dough
- melted clarified butter
- repeat 20 times
- pistachios roasted, finely grounded
- repeat the first two steps 10 times
- another layer of pistachios
- repeat the first two steps 10 times
- put in oven on 200°C
- once brown pour with the syrup
